Shipping Policy

No International shipping, all items are only available within the UK and will be sent via Evri.

No orders are dispatched on UK public holidays.

If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please contact us. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

Returns Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items returned after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note, we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs.

All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition you received them in.

Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-5 working days to process as standard.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
